Anonymisation, confidentiality, and informed consent policy:

Anonymisation Policy:

The Journal is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of research participants. Authors must ensure that all personal identifiers, including names, initials, identification numbers, photographs, institutional records, geographic details, or any other information that could reveal an individual's identity, are removed or appropriately anonymised before manuscript submission. Images or other identifying materials should only be included when they are scientifically essential and supported by explicit written consent from the participant or their legal representative. Authors are responsible for ensuring that anonymisation does not compromise the scientific integrity or reproducibility of the research. The journal reserves the right to request clarification, additional documentation, or revisions if submitted manuscripts do not adequately protect participant anonymity. Manuscripts that fail to comply with accepted ethical standards for anonymisation may be rejected or returned for correction prior to peer review.

Confidentiality Policy:

The journal maintains strict confidentiality throughout the editorial and peer-review process. Editors, editorial staff, reviewers, and publishers must treat all submitted manuscripts and related correspondence as confidential documents. Information contained in manuscripts must not be disclosed, discussed, copied, or used for personal or professional advantage except as required for editorial evaluation. Reviewers must not share manuscripts with third parties and must securely dispose of manuscript files after completing the review. Editors will not disclose reviewer identities unless disclosure is required by law or ethical investigation. Authors are expected to respect the confidentiality of the peer-review process and refrain from attempting to identify or influence reviewers. Personal information collected during manuscript submission will be used solely for editorial, publishing, and indexing purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Informed Consent Policy:

For research involving human participants, authors must confirm that informed consent was obtained from all participants or their legally authorized representatives before the study commenced. The manuscript should state that participation was voluntary and that participants were informed about the purpose of the research, potential risks and benefits, and their right to withdraw without prejudice. Where applicable, separate written consent must be obtained for the publication of identifiable information, images, or clinical details. Studies involving minors or individuals lacking legal capacity require consent from a parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative, in accordance with applicable regulations. Authors should also confirm that the study received approval from an appropriate institutional ethics committee or review board, where required. The journal may request copies of ethics approval or consent documentation during editorial assessment. Manuscripts that do not meet these ethical requirements may be rejected or withdrawn.
